after the reunification of Germany many former East German air frames found their way to the Luftwaffenmuseum at Uetersen. This MiG-21F13 is now displayed in bare metal colors at the current Gatow location of the museum.

After closure of the RAFG stations their Hunter gateguard was transported to the Luftwaffemuseum at Uetersen. Since than the Hunter has been repainted in 4 Sq markings and went to Gatow.
German Luftwaffe received fifty R4s from a canceled Greek/Turkish Order, later most sold off to Portugal. BR+239 seen in Berlin-Gatow as 35+41 in bad condition.

first Generation Jet from the German Air Force, the famous Thunderstreak in JaboG 34 markings, (ex DD-239, DD-339), this unit formed 1959 with Thunderstreaks, re-equipped with Starfighters in 1964, DD-313 now preserved at Berlin-Gatow Museum
