Rob Davies in his C-11 finished in a colour scheme similar to that of the Lavochkin La-5FN’s of the 322 IAD, Sovjet Air Force. ‘Mongolian Warrior’ titles adorned many of the Division’s La-5’s. A number of aircraft were presented by the Mongolian People.
For the 5th anniversary of the 'Victory over Fascism' celebrations at Monino, Moscow in 1950, several Yak-11 trainers were painted in wartime schemes, one being ‘White 52’. Mark Rijkse has his C-11 in these markings.
