'Enjoying' a very cold and strong wind from the north, the few photographers were a crazy sight for the pilots today.

Thanks to a very strong wind from the north, the Hornets had to taxi to the other end of the airfield. Note the bumpy road they have to use ! Behind Hornet '003' is Hornet J-5233.

Together with Hornet J-5018, this a/c received an Tail Art last december. J-5017 is the flag ship of Payerne-based Fightersquadron 17, called 'Falcons' and can be seen here on the last daylight take-off of the day.
