The Yak-27R saw service with two East-Germany based Sovjet Air Force units: 11 ORAP at Neu-Welzow and the 931 OGRAP at Werneuchen. Around 180 Yak-27Rs were produced at Plant 292, Saratov. This aircraft is the former 'Red 28'.

Very bad condtions this aircraft. But even in this conditions it is nice to see this Yak-27. I've never seen a Yak that close before. New on database
