The 57th FIS of course made this into their bicentennial bird, like so many other units did with any aircraft that had 76 somewhere in its serial. 576 arrived in Iceland on February 7, 1975 and left on April 13, 1978 to the ADWC.

F-4C 63-7576 was the 57th FIS bicentennial bird and carried this treatment for most of 1976 and well into 1977. Shown here taking off from runway 02.

This was the 57th FIS Bicentennial bird before it was with the Air Defnse Weapons Center and then later the Michigan Air National Guards 171st Fighter Squadron.
