An interesting exhibit with a superb piece of 'Dust Devil' nose art in the static display at the 1993 Edwards AFB Open House, this B-52G was operated by the resident 412th TW.She was retired to AMARC in March 1994, one of the last B-52G's left flying.

This shot of a B-52G from the Castle AFB Wing, with the typical CA-Code on the tail, was taken when the base was still very active to train B-52 crews. This Bomber making 6 touch and goes before landing. The aircraft went to AMARC a month later.

This B-52G was operated as part of the 366th Wing for a short period of time before being replaced by the B-1B. She wore artwork which appears to be a Thunderbird and there were mission marks on her forward fuselage.
