Only three B-52A Stratofortresseswere built and the Pima Air & Space Museum's NB-52A 'High and Mighty One' is the one survivor.

The oldest surviving B-52. It served as a launch platform during the X-15 test trials. It went to AMARG in 1969, and is now on display at the Pima Air and Space Museum.

The Pima Air & Space Museum has done a superb job in restoring this historic old 'BUFF' however back in 1987 she still looked as if she had been dragged in from the adjacent AMARC storage facility.
