On static display at the Luchtmacht opendagen Twenthe AFB 1996, this preserved F-84F Thunderstreak was supplied as MDAP 53-6612. A 'Coke' bottle with wings!
On display at the March Field Air Museum in October 1993 this F-84F Thunderstreak wore a spurious 71595 serial and a very questionable S.E.A. camouflage scheme as well as a stencil star-and-bar.
On display at the Castle Air Museum, California, and good to see an F-84F Thunderstreak painted in SAC markings. In fact she is lucky to be here, when retired from the Virginia ANG she was sent to be a target on the China Lake Ranges.

Back to the 26th June 1988 and the Chievres Open House in Belgium, I managed to get a shot of this awesome Republic F-84F Thunderstreak which was on display within the base. She was FU-33 coded '3R-B'.
Belgian Air Force (ex-USAF) F-84F preserved at a roundabout, in the small village of Vodecée, where the roads N98 & N97 meet. The aircraft points into the direction of the gate of its former airbase: Florennes AFB.
Valentines Day 1987 and my first MASDC Photographer's Tour, walking along the 'Display Row'. This was another relic from the past, a Republic F-84F Thunderstreak last operated by the 101st TFS / 102nd TFW Massachusetts ANG out of Otis AFB.
