The 'MR' version of the Sukhoi Su-24, NATO reporting-name "Fencer", is a dedicated reconnaissance version of the Su-24M interdictor. The biggest change is the replacement of the Orion-A attack RADAR with two panoramic cameras, side-looking airborne RADAR and thermal imaging system. Other systems can be carried in pods on the aircraft's hard-points. The Su-24MR was manufactured from 1983-1993.
