Two French Air Force Mirage F1 fighter aircraft leaving Malta after having made an emergency landing because they were running short of fuel. The two fighters flew in with a roar at about 2.05 p.m. after having requested clearance from Malta.
As many fighters at this dump the MiG-15 wears a fake serial. Later many of these aircraft were moved to Alsonemedi but ultimately most of them were scrapped. Only very few survived.
