Captain Derek Furniss & Cadet David Jevens flying PC-9M serial 265 make a low pass at the Connemara Air Show 2009. Unfortunately both crew were killed in this very aircraft when it crashed a few months later in the same rugged part of Ireland.

The Lynx is in service with The Royal Netherlands Navy since 1978. They were delivered in 3 batches: 6 SH-14A, 10 SH-14B and 8 SH-14C. Since 1993 they're all converted to the standard SH-14D. In 2013 they will be gone and replaced by the new NH90.
