VA-165 CAG-bird and 161090, a former VA-115 jet, launching for a demo at the NAS Whidbey airshow. Intruders rarely got close enough during their displays for photos; this was shot with a long-for-its-day 400 f/5.6 lens.

VA-128's disestablishment special taxiing back to its parking spot after a miles-from-the-crowd airshow display. The pilot didn't pay attention to the marshaller, so this was the clearest shot before the plane disappeared behind a row of other jets. :(

VA-128's disestablishment special, waiting to launch during NAS Whidbey's 1995 airshow. Naturally, all the Plane Captains are crowded around the good-looking jet, not the line birds. :(
