Seen performing a go-around at Warton in a rather blustery cross wind. After taking off again the pilot repositioned to use the other end of the runway for approaches.
This GR9 is seen turning to line up for departure. A crew followed this jet to remove the RBF tags from the 2 Brimstones on the starboard side of the aircraft of the 10 loaded overall. These 2 are "live" weapons due for release during the flight.
Departing Warton venting fuel in typical Jag style. This aircraft was actually used to collect the new 11 (F) Sqn Typhoon for it's delivery flight to RAF Coningsby from the factory.
