Sadly the second Starlifter built was a bit of a 'people magnet' in the static display at the 1998 Mildenhall Air Fete hence this poor photo. Also sadly she was cut up for scrap just five years later.
A Sea King HC.4 in the Mildenhall Air Fete static in May 1993 however I did not record her serial though the '20' code is a clue. I *think* she was Sea King HC.4 ZF120 operated by Royal Navy 772 Squadron as 'PO/620' out of Portland.
This old beauty was the second Starlifter built, seen in the static display at the 1998 Mildenhall Air Fete. Like her two NC-141A sisters she was never stretched to the C-141B standard. Sadly she was reaching the end of her service life.
