The aircraft was manufactured at the turn of 1973/74 under serial number S / N 73-00878 and deployed by the South Vietnamese side from June 1974. Until April 1975, when it apparently became the prey of North Vietnamese soldiers, it flew 153 h 30 min.
The operation of the aircraft was terminated in 2012 and after regular conservation it was handed over to the Kbely Aviation Museum in 2018 after 5,650 flying hours.
