TFC's Beaufighter project is progressing, although a return to the skies will take some time. The aircraft takes up the identity of Mk.XIc A19-144 (ex RAF JM135), but includes parts from other RAAF machines, A8-324, A19-148 (ex RAF JL946) and A19-36.

No.72 Squadron was the first Fighter Command unit to receive the Gladiator shortly after having been reformed at Tangmere in 1937. Gladiator II N5903 went into service with 141 Squadron at Grangemouth in October 1939. N5903 is flown here by Nick Grey.

38-210 in the markings of the 27th PS, 1st PG. The yellow band denoting the aircraft of Capt Robert S. Israel. In an experiment, all 27 PS aircraft were camouflaged in September 1939 in a series of colours and patterns, with no two aircraft being alike.

Well respected New Zealand warbird pilot Keith Skilling over the hedge to land the TFC Corsair on Duxford's grass runway. The FG-1D (BueAerNo. 88297) represents Corsair IV KD345 in service with 1850 Squadron aboard of HMS Vengeance in December 1945.

38-210 was delivered to Selfridge Field, Michigan, in May 1939 for service with the 1st Pursuit Group. The aircraft was assigned to the 27th Pursuit Squadron. The 'Fighting Eagles' now operate the F-22 Raptor out of Joint Base Langley-Eustis in Virginia.

TFC's latest acquisiton, P-36C NX80FR restored by Matt Nightingale at Chino, California, arrived just in time for Flying Legends 2015. After reassembly was completed in the first July weekend, the P-36 was air tested by Steve Hinton on the 7th.
