Affectionately known as the 'Clunk', the CF-100 was the only Canadian-designed fighter to enter mass production. This example was on display at the Comox Air Force Museum (CFB Comox).

This was CF-100 Mk.5 18506 which is stored outside at the Warplane Heritage Museum.I vividly remember her on display on a stick when I flew in here in late 1989, but now she is semi-derelict and unloved. Hopefully she can be restored to her former glory.
This was CF-100 Mk.5D 'Clunk' 100493 on display at CFB Borden on 18th May 2011. I love the way you can see her jet intake silhouetted on her polished fuselage. Gorgeous!

This particular airplane operated in Canada with the RCAF and the Canadian Forces from August 1958 until October 1979 when it was flown to the museum for preservation.
