No.58 Squadron at RAF Wyton was the first unit to receive the PR.9. XH171 later served with 39 and 13 Squadrons, flying from RAF Luqa (Malta) and RAF Wyton. The PR.9 is on display, in her former 39 Squadron markings, in the NCWE building at Cosford.
