This is a Fairchild UC-123K Provider 55-4571 pcn CP 092. She was last operated by the 356th TAS, an AFRES unit based at Rickenbacker AFB, OH. She is listed as having been a herbicide sprayer during the Vietnam War. I believe she was 'destroyed' in 2010.
This C-123 was TOC around 1955 and served until 1980 when it was retired to MASDC as CP051. The plane was saved from the boneyard when it became part of the NMUSAF Loan Program and is now on display as 'Hog Hauler'at the super Castle Air Museum.
