Phinally, a Phantom in the snow!! This JASDF F-4EJ-KAI (97-8426; cnM126) from 301 Hikotai (Frogs), is undergoing pre-flight checks on the apron at Hyakuri. The snow only lasted for about 5 minutes, but weather was really harsh!
