Liberator B.VI (B-24L-20-FO) KN751 was on strength of No.99 Squadron, RAF, at Dhubalia, India, before transferring to No.6 Squadron of the Indian Air Force at Poona. In July 1974 she was presented by the Indian government to the RAFM.
An interesting relic to be found at the Michigan Historical Museum located in the centre of Lansing, Michigan. This is the cockpit and nose section of a Canadian Consolidated Liberator VII serial 11120 marked as B-24L 44-49112.
Originally built for RAF as GRVI, KH304. SOC April '46 and sent to Indian AF as HE877. March of '69 Indian gov gave plane to Pima Air Museum. Left side is US markings, right is Indian markings. In Museum known as "Bungay Buckaroo"
