It rained heavily at the 1993 International Air Tattoo! This Wessex HC.2 coded 'E' was operated by RAF 72 Squadron out of Aldergrove, NI. She is now preserved at Crumlin Road, Belfast.
On display in the 1989 International Air Tattoo static, this Wessex HC.2 'WG' was operated by RAF No.2 FTS out of RAF Shawbury. She was later supplied to Uruguay.
Being towed back to a hardstand at the end of the 2022 RIAT, XT761 is also registered as G-WSEX. She left active service in November 1986 and returned to the skies in 2019. She is owned and operated by Historic Helicopters.
Back to the 1994 Middle Wallop International Air Show and a very clean looking Wessex HC.2 as 'C' operated by RAF 72 Sqn out of Aldergrove, NI. She is now listed as an instructional airframe at DFTDC Manston.
