A telephoto shot taken while the bus was on the move during a tour of AMARC in Oct 1999. The 'Varks look to be F-111A models formerly operated by the 366th TFW out of Mountain Home AFB, ID.
This B-52G was operated as part of the 366th Wing for a short period of time before being replaced by the B-1B. She wore artwork which appears to be a Thunderbird and there were mission marks on her forward fuselage.
When photographed at the 1993 Mildenhall Air Fete this B-52G had less than an year's active service left to complete. Operated by the 34th BS out of Castle AFB but reporting to the 366th Wing at Mountain Home. Wearing 57 'Desert Storm' mission symbols.
