VS-24 "Scouts" jet, AJ-703 hooked up to the catapult ready to launch from USS Theodore Roosevelt CVN-71. Roosevelt and CVW-8 were deployed during 2005 in support of O.I.F. This was VS-24's last combat cruise before the unit decommissioned in March 2007.
