    On 27 March 1991, two Carrier Air Wings, CVW-17 and CVW-3, returned to Oceana. This may have been the first time in history, two Air Wings returned from combat, to the same base on the same day.

OK, screwed up again, this image represents CVW-3, not CVW-17. I've requested the admin make the correction. The lead Intruder was 162190.
