Construction number 76-1684 does not match USAAF serial 42-99186. The correct c/n should be 76-1427.

Also notice from the airshow smoke that the pilot has applied insufficient left rudder for the steep bank and is slightly slipping to the inside of the turn.

The actual USAAF serial number for this plane is 42-99443 but it is painted as 42-99186.
