Spitfire in marking of the czechoslovak fighter ace WWII. S/Ldr Otto Smik DFC - sq. leader 127. sq. was on this Spit (orig. nr. RR227 - Mk.XVI version) shot down and killed by flak during attack on railway station in Ittersum (Bloksteeg) near Zwolle.
