Gifted by the RAF Museum to the NMM in April 2017, this Aviolanda-built Do 24T-3 entered service with the Luftwaffe Seenotdienst in September 1943 The original 'X-24', a Do 24K.1, ended her service career with the RAAF in December 1944 as 'A49-6'.
