love your Red Flag pics! Just one comment: I don't think the Singaporean F-16's are on loan from USAF. They're actually part of the Singaporean air force, but based in the US for training purposes (Luke AFB, 425FS, If I remember well). For administrative and logistic reasons they've been assigned USAF-serialno's. But in theory, if the Singaporeans would decide to quit training there, they would take their F-16's with them.
