The CAF B-29 ran up all four of its new engines on Memorial Day. It reports that the first flight with the new engines will be early this summer. After several years on the ground, I'm glad it's going to be flying again.

Wow! That's great news. Can't wait to see it flying around the air show circuits soon.

BAD NEWS. There was a problem with the distributor for #2 engine. This caused pre-ignition; damaging several cylinders. They hope to have her flying by Airsho in October.
