... redesigning a aircraft database site like airliners.net....

 The design isn't so bad, but it looks like they broke most functionality, especially the photo database search which I would think is the most important feature on the site. Also it looks like all the old URLs are broken as well. Makes you wonder about their QA process over there. I have plans to make the site responsive but just don't have the time at the moment unfortunately.
