Then on display at the Oklahoma City State Fairgrounds, this B-52F shows the tall fin which is a characteristic of the 'BUFFs' prior to the G and H models.

On display at the Oklahoma City State Fairgrounds, this B-52F shows four of her eight Pratt & Whitney J57-P-43WA turbojets, each rated at 11,200 lb.s.t dry and 13,750 lb.s.t. with water injection. These gave a maximum speed of 638 mph at 21,000 feet.

Then on display at the Oklahoma City State Fairgrounds, this B-52F shows her quad rear 0.5-in machine guns, a characteristic of the 'BUFF' prior to the H model.

Then on display at the Oklahoma City State Fairgrounds, this B-52F shows the smooth uncluttered nose which is a characteristic of the 'BUFFs' prior to the G and H models. Sadly she was also in use as a cable support!

A really impressive sight at the Oklahoma City State Fairgrounds, this is one of the very few B-52F models preserved today. Not that long after this photo was taken she was dismantled and trucked to the Joe Davies Heritage Airpark at Palmdale Plant 42, CA
