Special painted F-4F for the 45th anniversary of the WTD61 (flight test unit of the GAF). It is sporting the German national colours, the Bavarian white & blue and WTD61's logo.
Those were the glory days when MiGs where still in service within the Luftwaffe. The topside view nicely shows the German and US national colours on the elevators and the fuselage.

This Phantom has been converted in a QF-4G in 1999. Before that the aircraft flew at the 81 TFS/52 TFW at Spangdahlem. It remains to be seen how long it will still exist...
