Taken during a familiarisation flight to RAF Leuchars. The two F-16s made two low approaches and then returned to NAS Keflavik with the tanker. We had low cloud cover nearly all the way.
Photographed on a personal visit to NAS Oceana. I still like the old type of gull grey over white more than the dull grey overall dirt seeking paintwork. I later learned that this aircraft crashed the day after I photographed it.

Nine O Nine comes in to land at Seattle's Boeing Field. Although a Vega-built airframe herself, at the height of the war, sixteen Flying Fortresses were being produced at Boeing's Seattle factory per day.
