"Offener Himmel", Germany's Open Skies aircraft. After the tragic loss of the Luftwaffe's Tu-154M in 1997 and a resulting 23 year long break without having an own Open Skies asset, this A319 finally fills this gap.

Back from a testflight with the TAURUS cruise missile. Used the marginal weather conditions to try out some panning at 1/100sec and was lucky to catch the red anti-collision light, which reflects nicely on the wet wing surface.
Farewell... 2021 will be the final year of Luftwaffe Transall's. Happy to still catch them from time to time, and even more so under such nice weather conditions.
