TFC's P-40C 41-13357 is finished as P-40C 39-159 as used by the Technical Training Command at Chanute Field, Illinois, in 1940. Stripped of the standard olive drab camouflage, the aircraft served as a personal ‘hack’ for base excecutive staff.

The badge on the fuselage of TFC's P-40C reads 'Sustineo Alas' ('I sustain the wings') was applied to most of the training aircraft at Chanute Field. Her true identity is 41-13357, one of 2 P-40Cs acquired from the former Soviet Union in the 1990s by TFC.

Allocated to Royal Air Force as 'AH935', but was not delivered. Delivered to Soviet AF as '194' on September 27, 1942. It was shot down by a Bf-109 and crash landed in a forest near Archangelsk, Russia, 1943.

2011 California Capitol Airshow - Mather Airport, Sacramento, CA - (A newly restored Tomahawk on display. This aircraft was delivered to the RAF as Tomahawk Mk. IIb AK295 and was one of the first 3 P-40s to be transfered to the Soviet Union in 1941)

Tomahawk IIb AK295 was delivered to the Sovjet Air Force in 1942. The remains of the aircraft were recovered from the crash site in the early 1990's. AK295 is under rebuild by AvSpecs for Rod Lewis.
