Actually ex Royal Navy WM983. Painted as Royal Netherlands Navy 131. The Dutch operated 32 Sea Hawks from 1956 till 1964. It was the last fighter operated by the navy.
Although this Sea Hawk is painted in the colours of the Royal Netherlands Naval Air Force, it is actually an ex-Royal Navy plane. It served there as 'WM983'. It is on display at the museum of military aviation in Soesterberg, The Netherlands.
The Royal Navy Historic Flight`s Sea Hawk parked on static display next to another classic warbird F-86A G-SABR at Kemble Airshow. Both the jets performed flying displays on the day.
