Those where the days - AMIR'18 is taxiing for a very late afternoon flight. Note the simple barrier to prevent people and cars to walk into engine intake ...
One of the very rare and also the last deployment of Mirages at Meiringen. 'Blacky' thundering down the runway and made a very last Good-Bye to Haslital in a few moments with a typical low-level-pass together with 'Whity' on there way back to Dübendorf.
AMIR'12 returning from another low level mission, greeting some Hawks in use for Pilot School back then. Both types now Out of Duty in Swiss Air Force, Hawks sold to Finland.
AMIR'03 received this nice paintjob due jubilée of 3000 flighthours in 2001 and shows the Falcon of Reccesquadron 10. And if you are visiting Schaffhausen sometimes , you have to look at the beer of 'Falken' (Falkenbier). And you will understand ;)
After a successfull flight in Low Level over Switzerland, this AMIR is safe again to move back into the Mountain Cavern during Repetition Course 1999. Now on Display at Museum Wernigerode, Germany.
