From 1967 to 1979 this Yak-28R was operated as blue 14 by the 97.OGRAE based at Debrecen (later Kunmadaras). Preserved near Debrecen as red 20 from 1987. Now apparently scrapped with its nose stored at Tokol.

A goldmine for wrecks & relics fans. Dozens of former Russian and Hungarian MiGs dumped, waiting to be scrapped or restored. Later about 20 MiGs were moved to nearby Alsonemedi.

As many fighters at this dump the MiG-15 wears a fake serial. Later many of these aircraft were moved to Alsonemedi but ultimately most of them were scrapped. Only very few survived.
