thanks to all of you- yes that was taken by Dad, old 35 mm Nikkon when he was flying that old jet- new back then.
I was not born yet myself! The jet had a never exceed speed of 612 kts indicated. Dad has many more of these types of images- I will try to get more posted, if they get through the que!!
At last REAL jets shot with real cameras and slide film !!!
I remeber these beauties taking-off with JATO rockets when I was doing my duty in Hellenic A.F. at Larissa A.F.B back in 1988. An unbelievable sight even 23 years ago.
