335 FS flagship, 4 FW. The kill marking was earned in Operation Desert Storm for downing an Iraqi helicopter (some references say Mi-8, others say Mi-24) with an LGB! Apparently it's since notched a second oddball kill: an out-of-control MQ-9 Predator.
