On the 22nd April, 2013, 41(R) Test & Evaluation Squadron (TES) took over the Typhoons of 17 (R) TES, their 'AI' becoming 'EB-J', to honour Spitfire pilot S/L George 'Ben' Bennions, DFC, flying with 41 during the Battle of Britain.
