However X-31 was an American-German cooperation.

Thanks Andreas, and yes, NASA/Luftwaffe-Cooperation. You can use Anglo- for all the states, where english is the Main language. But I meant the USA with it. More exactly its a NASA-Bavarian Cooperation - I think that will please you even more Greetings from out of the snow again, Grimmi
