The only one trainer-combat version Mi-24DU in Czech air force was this tc. nr. 6050 (second "DU" tc. nr. 6040 was transfered to Slovakia in 1992). During action "Cihelna 2005" was assigned to 231. lbvr (attack hel. sq.) at 23. zVrl (hel. AFB) Prerov.
