I just joined Airfighters.com with my main goal to upload the pictures I have catching dust in the cupboard. I started photographing military aircraft in 1979 at my (than) home base Leeuwarden. Since than my collection of slides has grown considerably. No I started a project to scan them all. And when doing so this site is one of the oportunities to share the pictures with others.

I started with the good old Prakatica. After four years I bought an Olympus OM10, that served me well for more than 10 years. My first autofocus was a Nikon F90x, that was amended with a F3 and F4. In 2006 I made the step to go digital, so now I use a Nikon D2x and D300. But nevertheles I still use the old fashion Kadochrome as well.

Whenever you have any questions or requests, please ask. I cannot scan them all in a weekend..:-)
