(CNN) -- A pair of F-15C fighter jets are missing after colliding Wednesday during a training exercise over the Gulf of Mexico, according to Air Force officials.
Air Force search and rescue and U.S. Coast Guard crews were searching the Gulf for the pilots Wednesday afternoon. click here for rest of article... Sad news for the USAF & F-15 community.... My soul is in the sky. |

That's good news, I'm glad the pilots made it out ok. To say this has been a bad 6 months for the F-15 would be an understatement.

Just read that one of the Pilots have died. Its a sad day for the USAF and his family members. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
