G'day Guys,

Just wondering if there is any limit on how many shots of a particular airframe taken on a given day it is ok to upload?

Other sites basically only seem to allow one shot per aircraft for any given day taken.

Whilst it's obviously not desirable to upload dozens of similar shots of the same aircraft taken on the same day, is it ok (or not) to upload more than one here?

Cheers,
Motty.

Hi Darren,
It's ok to upload more than one shot as long as it's not the same view. One nose-shot, one side-view, one rear, etc. it's ok. But, for ex. four pics of the left side, gets a little cumbersome for the screeners. Thanks for asking.

Can I add a question here? (anyway I will)

How about photos of same type/colours but different frames. Ok to add lets say 6 shots of different frames all side on and of same type/colours?

Thanks in advance, Michael

Michael,

Please define what you mean by frames, if you are talking about same aircraft type but different airframes/registrations then yes that is fine.

Currently we have no bad double rule like other sites, however, that may change if people keep uploading seven or eight shots of the same aircraft (as in same registration) from the same day/location.

And yes, this is happening in some cases although they are very few and far between at the moment and that is the very reason other sites have a bad double rule.

I hope that clears it up

Regards

John

Hi Ray,
What about 11 photo's from one aircraft!!! Found one in the A2A section that has been aproved by the screeners for 11 pic's, ONE aircraft and more from the same few. Hope that this will be changed or can we upload a coplete CF card here :-)

Keep up the good work,
Paul.

Oh, I forgot to say, in the Air-to-Air category the limit is 11. ::thumb_grin}
