Folks,
Just a gentle reminder to keep the ratio of the photos to either 4:3 or 3:2, or as close as possible. Lately we're getting a lot of square photos and we can't accept them. If you got a "ratio" rejection lately, please re-crop the photos correctly and re-upload. Simply go to "Edit" from the "My Photos" section, and directly underneath the image you will see a "re-upload" link. -Ray |

Ray,
Does that mean that photos with aspect ratios between 1.33 (4:3) and 1.5 (3:2) ar fine and larger or lower are wrong? For instance: My A-4C Skyhawk (photo #10048) would get rejected due to its 1.80 aspect ratio, while the Dagger (#10046) would do just fine at 1.38, right? Yours, Carlos Ay |

Yes, that is correct. You want a nice rectangular look. We've always had these rules but never really enforced it. -Ray |

Folks,
Can I bring this topic back to everybodies attention again, please can you keep your aspect ratio to the permitted sizes as stated above, we are seeing an increasing number of letterbox style and square sized uploads that will now be rejected in future Thank you Regards |

Looks like I have to bump this old thread again. Folks, please pay attention to the aspect ratios. Lately, unfortunately, we've rejected a lot of great photos because they were absolutely square. Even right now, in que there are about 50 photos that are very squarish looking. If you have photos in que that don't meet the requirements above, please re-crop and upload again before we reject them. This is the final call.
