Csaba Ugrik is the Commander of the MH 59th AFB, and rumores tells Gróf is better than an average pilot, for good career possibilities.

Interesting the aircraft number. I heard, originally the #43 Gripen took part on the Lion Effort. As you see a few days earlier photo. The #42 Gripen with the crew flew to Caslav as PUMA66 today for an unkown reason. Maybe the #43 has something problem, and the #42 was the auxiliary/reserve aircraft.

I hope because of this accident the whole Gripen fleet cannot forced stay on ground. Interesting question is the leasing program. The Saab or the Hungarian Government will have to pay the Gripens's bill? The Saab will produce to us anothet EBS HU D variant? Or we will receive a simplier, not NATO compatible D version for the producing time? What in the HUNAF do not want to buy another one. I just read today maybe the Hungarian Government thinking about buy 4 more Gripen (E/F) as the Czechs. Who knows?

Lets Fly! :)

Péter
