The Spanish Air Force is going to held a Spotter's Day at Gando Air Base in april the 10th during the DACT 2013 Exercise. Those photographers wishing to attend must follow the instructions that can be found here:

Participating aircrafts include Spanish Air Force Mirage F-1, Ef-18 Hornet, Eurofighter Typhoon, Belgium Air Force F-16AM, a NATO AWACS E-3 Sentry, and more.

The DACT (Dissimilar Air Combat Training) Campaign is developed and coordinated by the Spanish Air Force Combat Command. The main goal of this exercise is the advanced training of fighter pilots in air combat tactics by using mock up air combats with dissimilar fighter.
